This project consists of three unique townhouses, which from the street are united in a single, sculptural form. Located at the junction between an industrial and residential zone, the building sits at the end of a row of terraces and creates an effective bookend from the warehouses and factories to the south. On the southern face the building presents a strong, semi- industrial feel, inviting references to the automobile in its streamlined form. To the north, the outside is invited in and presents a more welcoming, domestic character. Internally, each of the townhouses has a unique floor plan to take advantage of its aspect and deliver distinctly individual interior spaces that are brought to life with the daily and seasonal movements of the sun.
